All windows and doors have security bars and mosquito nets. The large kitchen has ample storage and counter top and all the pots, tableware and cooking utensils you will need. There is a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster and kettle. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, dryer and outside is a rotary clothes line for drying. There is a large pool deck which has sun loungers, tables, chairs & a barbecue with the many mature palm trees in the garden offer some welcome dappled shade. A room with shower, toilet and basin is also direct accessible from the pool deck. There is a well-stocked laundry cupboard with towels and linens; a safe for valuables; a landline telephone; wi-fi throughout; a flat screen TV & cable channels. The rental includes pool cleaning weekly and garden maintenance every other week. The property also benefits from solar panels on the roof and LED lighting throughout that provide significant savings on the electricity bill.
