Junior Sparks Wins Key Award for Barbados Real Estate Excellence
The Barbados Estate Agents and Valuers Association (BEAVA) created a new award in 2018 called the George Ramsay Memorial Award. This award is given to the real estate agent in Barbados who most represents the values set forth by the late George Ramsay, a legendary figure in the Barbados real estate community.
Ramsay was known for his incredible real estate skill, his integrity, his honesty, and his hard work. He ran his company, Ramsay Real Estate for many years and grew it into one of the best real estate businesses on the island. George Ramsay was a fine example for real estate professionals all across Barbados to follow.
The First Recipient: Junior Sparks
Junior Sparks is the first recipient of the George Ramsay Memorial Award. He received the award due to his incredible work in the Barbados real estate market in 2018. Junior Sparks is a fifteen-year veteran of the Barbados real estate industry and has been an absolute professional the entire time.
Junior has hundreds of satisfied clients. His clientele consists both of locals and expats who located to the island. The reason why Junior Sparks was selected by the Barbados Estate Agents and Valuers Association to receive this award is because he was the agent in 2018 who most displayed the character traits of integrity, honesty, and hard work. Junior is incredibly passionate about Barbados real estate, and he plans to continue working in the industry for the foreseeable future. He loves to help people find properties that are absolutely perfect for them. Junior knows all of the key neighborhoods and properties on the island and enjoys connecting both locals and expats with their dream properties.
Junior is very proud of his career up to this point. However, he hopes to have many more years working on the island as a real estate agent. He believes that his career can continue to become better and better and he looks forward to the challenges and the opportunities that he will face in the rest of his time working as a real estate agent on the island. In his spare time, Junior loves to travel, to lift weights, and to play golf and tennis. He plans to continue to get to enjoy these activities as well in the coming years.
