The property currently only opens December through to April and has 100% occupancy for 4 of these months. Many repeat guests like to book more than a year ahead and therefore many guests are turned away as the hotel fills so far in advance. The property needs to be taken to another level as a higher star Boutique Hotel. Currently this charming hotel does not offer Air Conditioning (as it is extremely breezy), neither in room Telephones, wi-fi, TVs, phones nor kitchens but it is a peaceful quiet spot to relax and unwind.
